In December 2008, the Board of Education of School District No. 33 (Chilliwack) and the Minister of Education entered into Project Agreements to:

• Replace Yarrow Elementary School on the existing site;
• Consolidate Rosedale Elementary School and Rosedale Traditional Middle School into a new Elementary/Middle School on the existing Rosedale Traditional Middle School site; and to
• Replace Chilliwack Secondary School on the existing site.
